House with private garden and community swimming pool on the beach front in the Mas Pinell urbanization. The 120 m² comfortable and fully equipped house has a beautiful sea view. On the ground floor, the living room which shares space with the dining room, and where there is a pleasant fireplace and the TV (only Spanish TV). The communal living room with the private terrace / garden, BBQ and fenced. The kitchen, fully equipped and with dishwasher; there is also a toilet on this floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (2 single beds and 1 sofa bed for 2 people), a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a third double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and a small balcony. There is also a second terrace under the roof of the house (on the third floor) available for sunbathing.
