Outside this beautiful property you will find a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 12mx4.4m and a depth range between 1m and 2m. You can relax sunbathing in the large garden or if you prefer you can go to the beach which is just a few steps away. In the apartment you can also relax on the balcony while enjoying the sea views with your companions. Please note that as this is an apartment, privacy is partial as there are neighbors nearby.

Inside, there is a spacious living room connected to the dining area, equipped with AC and a Smart TV. The kitchen, featuring a ceramic hob, includes all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. For sleeping arrangements, you have a fantastic bedroom with a double bed, AC, and TV. Additionally, up to two more people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with a shower completes the space. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available for use at any time. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.
