The stunning exteriors of this house accompany both summer and winter. The property also features a wonderful pool of 5x3 m and 1.50 to 1.80 m deep, surrounded by lawn and a fantastic barbecue. Next to it, you will be able to enjoy an amazing evening with your family, both on the porch and on the terrace which are fully furnished.

This three-story house has been reformed in a rustic Mallorcan style. On the ground floor, you'll find a fantastic living room with a chimney, perfect for watching satellite TV. The independent dining room can accommodate 12 dinner guests, and the unique kitchen with a ceramic cooktop is fully equipped. Additionally, there is a toilet and an independent laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The house features six bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a wardrobe. Two of these bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two twin beds. One of the double bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Another bathroom with a shower and bathtub is also on this floor.

The top floor has two bedrooms with double beds. One of these bedrooms has a wardrobe and access to a sun-furnished terrace. The final bedroom on this floor has two single beds, a wardrobe, and a study area. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the entire floor.

For families with children, up to 3 cots and 3 high chairs are available. The house is equipped with central heating and includes 4 fans for your comfort.

Valldemossa is a really charming village with narrow stone streets, with many balconies full of flowers and flowerpots, cafeterias, and artisan products shops. It is also gastronomically well-known because of its typical “coca de patata”, which can be tasted with hot chocolate. Do not miss a breakfast like that in one of the village terraces! In that zone, there are some rocky beaches or small pebble beaches with crystal-clear waters that are must-do beaches. Among these beaches, we suggest you go to the next ones: Puerto de Valldemossa, Cala Deià, Port des Canonge or Llucalcari. If you would rather go to sandy beaches, the one in Palma is at about 20 minutes driving.
