Welcome to Cabirol by TotiAran, a modern and bright triplex for up to 12 people, located in the exclusive Val de Ruda urbanisation in Baqueira, right at the foot of the slopes at the 1500 level of Baqueira Beret. And in summer, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the mountains of the Ruda valley.

With a surface area of 150m2 distributed across three floors with elegant finishes in white tones, Cabirol by TotiAran offers a spacious living room with mountain views, comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a fireplace, all facing a Smart TV. Next to the living room is a round dining table for 6 people and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

On the same level, you will find two rooms. The first has a double bed and built-in wardrobes, while the second has a wardrobe, a single bed and a trundle bed, ideal for accommodating 2 people. These rooms share a full bathroom.

On the second floor, there are two other rooms, a main room with a 150 cm double bed, carpeted floor, built-in wardrobes, a smart TV and spectacular views of the mountains. The second room has 3 single beds and access to the mezzanine, which functions as the fifth room and offers 3 individual sofa beds ideal for children, as well as another television. Both rooms share a full bathroom.

Enjoy your stay and the comfort of skiing from your accommodation in Baqueira Beret, located right next to the slopes, and the wonderful nature surrounding the Val de Ruda development.

The apartment is fully equipped and furnished and includes 2 parking spaces with a ski storage locker in the basement of Val de Ruda.

We remind you that personal hygiene and cleaning products are not included in the accommodation.
However, upon arrival, you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:
For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.
For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a single-dose manual dishwasher, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scouring pad.
This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.
Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.
From the car park, you can easily access the ski storage rooms and take the lifts that will take you directly to the cable car, which will leave you at the Forfaits control entrance to access the Ski Lift.

Important note: The fireplace is gas-powered, not combustion

Note: The Internet connection in the Valley may have a weak WIFI signal.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
