Casa Mont Romies by Totiaran is a beautiful duplex with impressive mountain views, located in Baqueira 1700, in Tanau, with a capacity for 10 people and situated just a few metres from the Esquiros ski lift.

This holiday accommodation in Tanau is fully equipped and offers spacious areas to enjoy with family and groups. This house has an authentic mountain style because from the entire living room area it allows you to see all the mountains in the area, it is a fascinating view at any time of the year.

When you arrive at the building block, you go up the stairs to the second floor and upon entering you will find a spacious living room furnished with comfortable sofas where a lot of natural light falls and opposite a fireplace, this entire area is ideal for enjoying together as it is large. On the opposite side of the fireplace is the dining room which also has windows to enjoy the views. Next to it is also the kitchen, a completely closed area equipped with a stove, oven, electric coffee maker, microwave, a functional kitchen. The dining table is for 8 people. 2 more chairs can be added.

At this same level through a door, you have access to two bedrooms. On the left, you will see a bedroom with built-in wardrobes at the entrance, a double bed and its en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is the master suite with a full bathroom with a shower, a large double bed, built-in wardrobes and spectacular views from its balcony.

At the entrance of the house in the hallway, you will find a wardrobe to leave jackets and then you will see a guest toilet. The wooden staircase to the second level is just at this point.

On the second floor, it offers attic wooden ceilings, here are the third and fourth bedrooms, each located at the end of a small corridor. Both rooms offer windows and natural light with beautiful views. These two rooms have double beds. In the corridor, there is a full bathroom for these two rooms. On this floor, you will also find the washing machine cupboard.

The Mont-Romíes house has the advantage of having 2 parking areas: One outside but just below the building's entrance, covered only by the roof, next to the entrance staircase door. And the second space is a few metres away in the covered parking area.

The ticket office of Guardaesquis is located a few metres from home and on the way to the Esquiros ski lift. Everything is perfectly well situated to make it very convenient to go skiing or for a walk.

In the ski ticket office area, you will also find two small bars and restaurants and a ski centre; in addition to the ticket offices for obtaining the ski pass.

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.
For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwashing single dose, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth and a scouring pad.
This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.
Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
