Passarell by Totiaran is a 180 m2 dwelling distributed over 3 floors. The first level, of 100 m2, is composed of a spacious living room and dining area with a fireplace. The living-dining room has views of the mountain. The kitchen is semi-integrated and fully equipped with the best qualities. The sofa area is ideal for relaxing and watching TV next to the fireplace. Its dining table is spacious and cosy.

The apartment is complemented by 5 bedrooms + an attic, equipped for 13 people and 4 bathrooms, two parking spaces and two ski lockers. From the car park, you can directly access the ski storage room and the cable car through some lifts that will leave you at the same entrance to the ski lift.

We remind you that personal hygiene and cleaning products are not included in the accommodation.

However, upon their arrival, they will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:
For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel, and a shampoo in single-dose format.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, consisting of a manual dishwashing single dose, a capsule for the washing machine, a capsule for the dishwasher, a cloth and a scouring pad.
This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.

Likewise, food items and cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are not included for reasons of hygiene and safety.

Every reservation requires the payment of a deposit, and the cost of this depends on the rented accommodation. Credit or debit card details will be requested for the retention of the accommodation deposit (Amex, prepaid cards, and cards with dynamic numbering are not accepted). The refund may be made up to 10 days after departure. These periods are counted from the moment you return the keys to our offices and/or notify your departure.
