Our spectacular luxury house, Casa Pleta Baqueira Deluxe, located in Pleta de Baqueira, near the renowned Baqueira-Beret ski slopes, is the perfect destination for those seeking to combine the excitement of skiing with the comfort and luxury of a first-class accommodation. Casa Pleta Baqueira Deluxe by Totiaran is a beautiful and modern mountain house, for more than 12 people with spectacular views of the peaks of the Arán valley and ski slopes. Located in the renowned Pleta de Baqueira urbanization, the house has 6 bedrooms, 5 of them with en-suite bathroom. It is a 4-level house with garage, ski storage area and Haman. The urbanization offers private transportation to the Baqueira 1500 Chairlift that passes every 20 minutes to take you directly to the cable car.

Upon entering the Casa Pleta Baqueira Deluxe, you will see a small reception area where you can leave your coats, further ahead is the guest bathroom, and then you move towards the widest area of the house, 100m2 to enjoy. Entering this space, to the right you will see a living room with two sofa areas, which invite you to enjoy a home atmosphere with total comfort. The enormous fireplace is located in front of all the sofas; an ideal point to contemplate and let yourself be warmed. This entire area has glass doors on the side that lead to balconies with panoramic views of the Aran Valley, offering plenty of natural light. This area has a large Smart TV to pleasantly enjoy any channel with multiple international signals.
The dining room is located on the right side of this entire level; first, you will see a long design table made of robust wood for 8 diners, with comfortable chairs. Here, natural light enters widely, giving much warmth to your mealtime. Next to it is the kitchen, fully equipped, functional and modern with all the utensils and tableware you need to feel like you're in a home kitchen.

The stairs of this house, located like the spine, will take you two levels up and two down. Going up first, you will find the 3rd level where there are two bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom. The first room on the right offers a great king-size bed of 180 cm x 200 wide, with windows that offer views of the slopes and also provide a lot of light to the entire room; next to the bed is a bathtub with water pressure jets, followed by the bathroom vanity with large mirrors and a toilet. At the other end is a shower with glass doors. The second bedroom to the right has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and next to it is the full bathroom.

Going up to the 4th level, which is an attic room where you will find a comfortable large double bed, also 180 cm wide, and in front of it is a full bathroom. It is a very cozy area, with light wood and is completely carpeted.

From the Living Room level, going down you will find the 1st level, where two other bedrooms are located. To the left is a spacious room with a double bed, nightstands, Smart TV, built-in closets, and a single sofa bed; this space has a complete en-suite bathroom to the left. From the stairs to the right is the children's bedroom with 4 bunk beds plus a single sofa bed and in front, an enormous Smart TV accompanied by a video game system.

Going down, you will reach level 0, where several spaces are located. First, upon arrival, you will see the open garage area, which is a room completely covered in wood and offers several compartments to leave boots, skis, and helmets, where the electric boot warmers are also located; a very comfortable area to leave all your ski equipment.
To the left you will see a door that leads to a room with a bunk bed. This room then has a full bathroom. To the left there is another door that provides access to the favorite area of many: The Hamann, ideal for relaxing body and mind. This modern garage opens with a remote control and makes it easy for many to arrive by car, unload everything and leave the skis every day. A few meters away, the transport service to the ski lift passes by.

The house offers wifi service to always enjoy TV and all the modern services that a house like this offers. Additionally, its special location, next to the mountain and ski slopes, makes this accommodation a special place to enjoy in winter and also in summer.

The parking of the house is in the back, it is an outdoor space in front of the garage door. The interior garage is a leisure room, ski heater, and Sauna.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replaced during the stay.
