The accommodation consists of two apartments within the same house. The apartment for rent is accessed from the ground floor and includes:

Ground floor: a spacious living-dining area with a fully furnished and equipped open-plan kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower – spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair or guests with reduced mobility.

Upper floor: a second bedroom with a double bed and access to a private terrace with panoramic views of Vélez-Málaga’s cultural surroundings. The terrace faces east, south, and west, so it enjoys sunlight throughout the day. It also features a covered area and outdoor furniture – perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal in the open air.

Pets and parties are not allowed in the property to ensure the comfort and rest of all guests and neighbors.
