Conveniently located on Rua Duque de Saldanha, a tree-lined street in an area that truly reflects the everyday life of Porto’s locals. This house is ideal for large families on vacation, groups of friends, business professionals, or a weekend getaway in the north of the country.

The Space:
You will have at your disposal six en-suite bedrooms, one of which features a spacious terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. The living room includes a large sofa, a dining table, and also has a guest bathroom. We always prepare our apartments with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

For your convenience, our villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a dishwasher, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a cable TV box.

Located on Rua Duque de Saldanha, you will find a quiet and typically local area with various types of local shops around you, including cafés, restaurants, bookstores, antique shops, and pharmacies.

The most convenient public transport option is the Campo 24 de Agosto Metro station, just an 8-minute walk from the apartment.

Porto is a city full of charm, and we suggest strolling through Rua de Santa Catarina, Praça dos Poveiros, Avenida dos Aliados, Galerias de Paris, Praça da Cordoaria, Rua das Flores, and Ribeira. Crossing the D. Luís I Bridge and watching the sunset at Jardim do Morro, with a panoramic view of the Douro River and the most beautiful city in Portugal, will be a magical experience, leaving you breathless as you take in everything the Invicta city has to offer.

Bus number 500 is a great option to explore the riverside part of the city. It departs from SĂŁo Bento Station, passing through Ribeira, the Douro River waterfront, Foz, Matosinhos beaches, and ends at the Matosinhos Municipal Market, where you can find a variety of fish dishes and typical products from northern Portugal.

Other Things to Note:
The tenant agrees to allow a staff member to enter the property for inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated ([hidden], smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. A fee of €200 per hour will be charged for unauthorized late check-outs.

If you lose the key, a fee will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, there is a fee of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock (technical intervention required), the cost will be determined upon request.
