The kitchen is fully equipped, with washing machine and dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, vitroceramic hob, and other essential kitchen utensils.

It has a garden with a huge lawn, with some trees and a table with shade, perfect for relaxing while the children play.
A swimming pool about 6 metres long by 4 metres wide with several sunbeds.
For a well-deserved outdoor meal, a table with six chairs next to the fixed charcoal barbecue, is the perfect place for grilled food and good moments of conviviality.
