is an outdoor shower, and for your convenience, one of the bathrooms has a
toilet that can also be accessed directly from the terrace.
The property is just 200 meters from Casa Pepe restaurant, so you can easily
walk out the door for a coffee, a delicious lunch, or dinner. Nearby, you’ll
also find a few other restaurants, a small supermarket, and other amenities.
The beautiful coves of La Baracca and La Granadella, with their pebble beaches
and crystal-clear water, are about a 10-minute drive away. The sandy Arenal
beach, with its lively promenade, shops, bars, and restaurants, is
approximately 12 minutes by car.
