The villa boasts seaviews and a panoramic view of the local neighbourhood as well as the town of Javea from the raised terrace. It is the perfect place to spend quality time with loved ones

The spacious terrace features a private 9m x 4m swimming pool, ensuring complete privacy. The pool area enjoys 10 hours of sunlight each day during the summer months, creating an inviting space for sunbathing without any worries of prying eyes.

For lunch, head to the 'Outdoor Dining Area,' complete with a large gas BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining and shared moments with family and friends. The area is partially shaded, offering a cool respite from the midday sun, ideal for leisurely lunches before the afternoon activities begin.

Afterward, you can either retreat to your sunbed with a good book or continue the family festivities, while keeping an eye on the children playing in the pool. If you'd prefer to escape the afternoon heat, Casa Lantana also features a large shaded table, perfect for playing games or continuing conversations in comfort.

The villa boasts two king-sized bedrooms—one with an en-suite—and a twin room, which can either have bunk beds or an additional bed.
