a modern, fully equipped kitchen including an American fridge, a covered
terrace, 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 10
guests. Every room in this villa offers uninterrupted sea views!

This home offers complete privacy with no overlooking neighbours or street
views. Peace and tranquillity dominate here, the only sound is the calming

The villa is an ideal base for a holiday where you can explore the region
with its charming villages, stunning nature or simply relax on one of the
beautiful coves in the area. Cycling enthusiasts will be in heaven – the Jalon

40 km away. Enjoy endless hiking in the 750-hectare Granadella Natural Park
just 2 km away. Enjoy strolling through Jávea or nearby towns like Altea or
Denia. For cultural excursions, the villa is centrally located between Valencia
(110 km north) and Alicante (90 km south). Casa La Gaviota is a smoke-free

warms naturally via sunlight through the windows. A wood-burning stove is
available for chillier evenings. The villa is equipped with 4 smart TVs.
