La Avoceta is a bright and sunny three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, 10 minutes' walk from the Arenal beach and 15-20 minutes' walk from the picturesque shops, restaurants and cafés of Jávea port.
Located in a small apartment complex, on a well-known tree-lined avenue, apartment guests can use the swimming pool and communal gardens. Additionally, they have a convenient underground parking space, large enough for two standard-sized vehicles and with plenty of extra space for road bikes or beach toys.
Inside the apartment, guests are welcomed by bright whitewashed walls, sunny artworks and lovely decorative touches in rattan and beach tones. The spacious living-dining room and kitchen overlook a large covered balcony, with an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating. The elegant bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and quality beds with padded headboards. The cold/heat air conditioning is distributed throughout the property via a ducted ventilation system, making it a comfortable place to stay all year round.
JH loves: Interior decoration and the fabulous location. Oh, and the practical walk-in wardrobe in the main bedroom!
Advice JH: The Avoceta is located just 100 metres from Altamar Plus. If you're coming with family, booking both could be a good option!
**Important Information**
1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
