Within the first-floor property, the rooms are bright and well-equipped with air conditioning units in the living-dining room and both bedrooms. 2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
