Located in the coveted Montañar I area in Jávea, the Isleta Marina apartment meets all the requirements for a magical and beach-side getaway. This beautiful and bright two-storey apartment is conveniently situated 15 minutes walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the Arenal beach and Jávea Port, which means that all the best boutiques, restaurants and beach bars in Jávea are just a hop, skip and a short walk or drive away.
An oasis of sun-bathed gardens and a sparkling communal pool with a children's pool on one side are the centre of the Isleta Marina complex. Inside the apartment, the open-plan living-dining room leads to a sunny balcony with views of the gardens. On the same floor are the kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a modern family bathroom with a practical shower.
The third bedroom is accessed via an interior staircase. Its large central bed and double-height ceiling give the space a sense of height, while the en-suite shower room and the small but perfectly formed built-in wardrobe make you feel as if you have just entered your own boutique hotel suite. The true stars of the show are the two exterior balconies, one with loungers overlooking the inner gardens and pool, and the other with outdoor seating and spectacular views towards the Montgó mountain in Jávea.

JH loves the roof terraces and the convenient location of this apartment.
Advice JH: Isleta Marina is located in the same complex as Isleta Marina Oasis and just 100 metres from Flor de Mar. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
