In the heart of this two-bedroom retreat, a large living room / dining room extends to an inner Naya with direct access to the lush gardens and the impressive outdoor pool area. Equipped with wall-mounted air conditioning units and ceiling fans in both bedrooms, the apartment has everything needed to be the perfect holiday home...

JH Advice: Jardines del Sol is located just 150 metres from Olive Beach and Los Olivos, both in the same complex. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

**Important Information**

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.

2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
