Javea Mar is a three bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment in the Montañar I area of Javea.

Within a 10 minute walk to both the Arenal and Port beachfronts, the pretty apartment complex has direct access to the seafront on Avenida Mediterráneo and to the tree lined Avenida behind.

Inside, a good size kitchen has all the mod-cons needed to prep your holiday meals, while the pretty lounge/diner is the ideal space for entertaining with family and friends. Outside, the covered dining area boasts a fabulous mosaic table and views of the grassy lawn below.

The two double bedrooms, with respective 150cm and 180cm wide beds, are bright and spacious, with built-in wardrobes and pretty decorative touches. The individual bedroom is also filled with light, and has a handy work desk and its own built-in storage space. Both bathrooms offer stylish fittings, handy storage and large walk-in showers.

Back outside, the large communal pool and grass area is dotted with fixed parasols in the Summer months and is a lovely, peaceful area to doze away the siesta hours.

The apartment offers a private underground parking space with lift and/or stairs access inside the apartment block, and has Integrated hot/cold air-conditioning that is controlled via a master wall panel. Please note that the master panel sets the temperature of the entire property, and that there is no A/C in the kitchen.

Good to know: There are steps leading up to the front door of the apartment block and steps inside the property that lead down to the small garden, meaning that this is not a suitable property for guests with wheel chairs or walking disabilities.
