Sofia's Balcony is a piece of fresh and contemporary paradise, less than 5 minutes' walk from the bustling Arenal beach. The apartment complex is far enough from the beach to be peaceful, but at the same time very close to the lively cafés, bars and restaurants.

Inside the apartment, the bright rooms are minimally decorated with modern artworks on the wall and quality furniture. At the end of the open-plan living and dining room, there is an American kitchen with a breakfast bar and all modern conveniences. Along the entire space is the fabulous covered outdoor balcony, with spaces for outdoor dining and relaxation, as well as distant views of the sea.

The three bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, lovely lamps, and built-in wardrobes. The two bathrooms have walk-in showers and practical vanities, ideal for storing all the creams and lotions from the holidays. The ducted air conditioning can be adjusted to your preferred temperature throughout the apartment, making it a great holiday home at any time of the year. The apartment also has two private underground parking spaces, accessible by lift or interior stairs. Additionally, the complex is a 5-minute walk from the nearest supermarket, so stops to buy more ice cream are a piece of cake.

2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.

3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
