On the first floor of a modern apartment complex, with a swimming pool and communal gardens, the property offers an underground private parking space and an independent storage area, both easily accessible via lift or stairs from inside the apartment block.
Inside, the elegant open kitchen with an American-style breakfast bar looks out onto the spacious living/dining room, with a comfortable corner sofa and wooden dining table. Outside, the outdoor balcony offers guests al fresco dining with views of the Montgó and the Jávea countryside. The perfect space for fresh lunches under the retractable awning, or star-lit dinners on warm summer nights.
Equipped with cold/hot air conditioning through ducts, the shared spaces and bedrooms of the apartment are a cool refuge from the summer sun's heat and a cosy paradise in winter, when nights are cooler. The three bedrooms have quality mattresses and built-in wardrobes, while the main bathroom and shared family bathroom offer guests spacious showers and quality accessories.
Please note: There is a new construction site next to the property, and some noise may be heard during working hours (usually 8:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, with a break between 14:00 and 15:00). We hope this won’t affect your enjoyment of the property, although the level of noise is unfortunately beyond our control. Rental rates have been adjusted during this period, and no further discounts will apply.

**Important Information**
1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
