This charming traditional Spanish villa is located next to the Montgó mountain in the Castellans area of Javea. The large open reception room has a very comfortable lounge area next to a fireplace. There is a glazed naya, with views of the pool, with seating to relax, watch television or play cards. On the right side of this beautiful entrance hall, two steps lead to the dining area and a door to the spacious kitchen. The furniture reflects the owners' love of art and travel.
A corridor from the entrance door leads to a room with two beds and the room with two beds with an en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom and private bathroom are located in the living room or on the naya. Another bathroom is on one side of the main entrance.
The dining room doors and the naya doors open to the pool terrace, which has terraces over a living room and dining room. There is also plenty of space for sunbathing on this secluded terrace overlooking the large and attractive gardens and with wonderful views of the Jávea valley and Montgó on the other side.
This villa is located just above the old town of Jávea, with its shops, bars, restaurants and weekly market. The port, marina and El Arenal beach area are 10 minutes by car.
Advice JH: Villa Levante is located just opposite La Golondrina and only 100 metres from Casa Alba. If you are coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!

This rule does not apply to families travelling with children or younger people accompanied by adults who are also staying in the property.
