Description of the accommodation

Apartment Xeraco, 3 bedrooms, 6 persons - HISP-34-20

The Deltamar I residential complex is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach (C/ Les Marines 11), first line with direct beach access, ground floor construction without lift, featuring a lake-style swimming pool surrounded by 4,000 m2 of gardens. A step away from a multi-sports court and fifty metres from a pleasant wooded area with swings for children.

Available ground floor apartment with a north-facing terrace that is cool with limited sea views from its terrace. Kitchen with American bar to the dining room, a gallery-laundry room, living-dining room with ceiling fan, two bathrooms (one of them with shower tray) and three bedrooms. Offers WIFI service and is equipped with ceiling fans in the three bedrooms and in the living-dining room.

Capacity for 6/7 people.
NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty).
PETS ALLOWED upon request with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (7€/night).

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bedding change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after the apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
