The PRIMAVERA building is a tall construction without a lift of four heights, located on Avda. de la Mota No. 8, in the CENTRE and commercial area of Xeraco beach. It offers beautiful landscaped common areas. It has covered parking. It is just thirty metres from the sand. Very quiet area, with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest, just thirty metres from the fine beach sand.
Apartment on the second floor, with three bedrooms, a recently renovated bathroom with shower tray, independent kitchen with terrace-laundry-clothesline, comfortable living-dining room with access to a cosy partially glazed terrace facing East, frontal to the sea with fabulous views of the dunes and the beach. Includes covered parking space.
Capacity 5 people.
YOUNG GROUP IS NOT ADMITTED (ages under thirty years). PETS ADMITTED with maximum weight 12 kilos (7€/night)
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be carried out before 10:00 hours in the morning. Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after the apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed within apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountain and through the marjal. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
