Description of the accommodation

Apartment Xeraco, 3 bedrooms, 6 persons - HISP-34-70

The OASIS residential complex is a low-rise three-storey building without a lift, located on the very first line of the beach with direct access to the sand. Located in the northern part of Xeraco beach on Avenida de la Mota 26, near restaurants and other services. A quiet area with little traffic, which guarantees disconnection and rest.
It offers a beautiful pool with a shallow area and Venetian stairs, surrounded by walkable and landscaped common areas.
Beautiful top-floor apartment on the second floor with three bedrooms, one full bathroom, toilet-shower, independent kitchen with gallery-laundry room and a large south-facing terrace (with awnings) with sea views. From here, access is via stairs to a private upper terrace. The living-dining room has access to the terrace on the floor, where you will enjoy the views daily. Includes closed garage.

NO YOUNG GROUP IS ADMITTED (ages under thirty years old).
PETS ALLOWED with maximum weight 10 kilos (7€/night).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be done before 10:00 hours in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of 150 € that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountain and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
