The Dorasal Residential Complex is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach, on the first line (C/ Les Marines 13) with direct access to the sand, without a lift, offers an area with swings, a pool with a cordoned off children's pool and 2,[hidden] m2 of landscaped areas. Just 25 metres away there is a multi-sports area and a grove with swings for the little ones.

Ground floor apartment, spacious northwest-facing terrace (with awnings) with access to a private garden and exit to La Costera street from said garden. The apartment consists of a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, living-dining room with access to the terrace and garden, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them with shower tray). In the master bedroom, it has another small terrace. It offers air conditioning in the living-dining room and in the main bedroom, the other rooms have ceiling fans. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €[hidden] which will be returned after apartment review, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.

The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
