Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels. Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!
"TAMARIS beach" is located in the most commercial area of Xeraco Beach (central zone), with a South orientation, and 80 meters from the Beach.
Seven-story building with elevator, swimming pool with shallow area and Venetian staircase, landscaped areas and optional covered parking spaces.
The ground floor, diaphanous and common, provides access to the pool and landscaped common areas.
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Prior to key collection, a deposit of €150 will be deposited, which will be returned after the apartment review, and if the company deems it appropriate, up to 48 hours after evacuation.
The city council of Xeraco offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season. The water entry slope on the shore is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth experiencing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, is significant for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants can be found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
