The NARANJOS I-II complex consists of two high-rise construction blocks with a lift, offering a large landscaped common area, a large swimming pool with a cordoned-off children's pool, paddle tennis court, basketball court and handball court. Located on Avda. de la Mota No. 41, in the North area of Xeraco beach, just 65 metres from the fine sandy beach. A very quiet area, with little traffic, which ensures rest.
Apartment with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower tray, independent kitchen with gallery-laundry room and living room with access to a large South-facing terrace with awning and fabulous views of the sea, swimming pool and common areas, and the mountain. Includes parking space. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table. A pressure cooker, blender or electric toaster are not standard; therefore, if any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Capacity 4/5 people. YOUNG GROUPS UNDER THIRTY YEARS OLD ARE NOT ADMITTED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
