"TAMARIS beach" is located in the most commercial area of Xeraco Beach (central zone), with a South orientation, and 80 meters from the Beach.
Seven-storey building with elevator, swimming pool with shallow area and Venetian stairs, landscaped areas and optional covered parking spaces.
The ground floor is open and common, providing access to the pool and landscaped common areas.
All apartments have a spacious terrace, with LIMITED sea views from the fourth floor onwards. They are equipped and furnished with a high level of functionality, ideal for practical and comfortable holidays. All provided with washing machine, microwave, TV and WIFI service. Optional garages at 7 €/night.
This apartment located on the fifth floor has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one bathtub, and another shower tray), kitchen, gallery and living-dining room with access to a spacious terrace with views of the common areas, pool and mountains. Capacity 6 people.

YOUNG GROUP IS NOT ACCEPTED (ages under thirty years).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be done before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.
The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco Beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco Beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountain and through the marjal. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
