The DELFINES III residential complex is a low-rise three-storey building with an elevator, located on Cuartel Avenue No. 12, just ninety metres from the sand. Situated in the central area of Xeraco beach, a step away from a park with swings for children and a multi-sports area. In the vicinity, you can find all types of services. A quiet area with little traffic, guaranteed disconnection and rest.

It has two bedrooms, a main bathroom with a bathtub, additional toilet, independent kitchen with laundry gallery and a spacious south-facing terrace with awning and views of the pool. The living-dining room has direct access to the terrace. Includes underground parking space.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Departure and vacation of accommodations will be before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a €150 deposit to be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.

The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth experiencing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, is significant for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
