Any review submitted for a rental listed on the HISPANOA website must meet the following conditions to be published, otherwise it may not be posted.

 

Any review submitted on one of the rentals offered on the HISPANOA website must comply with the following conditions in order to be published; otherwise, it will not be displayed.

  • Any user submitting a review for a rental must provide their name, phone number and/or email address so that our team can contact them if necessary.

 

  • Only one review per booked stay may be submitted, and only by an adult.

 

  • The content of the review must accurately reflect reality, be clear, and useful to HISPANOA users.

 

 

  • Reviews must not contain obscene, abusive, insulting, discriminatory, or illegal language. They must not disclose a person’s identity or contact information, or promote non-partner services/products or competing brands.

 

  • Reviews must not reveal the geographic location of the rental or the price paid.

 

  • The content of the review must not be the subject of an active complaint or dispute.
