Très bel appartement, agréable bien placé dans la localité, très proche de la promenade piétonne du bord de mer et parfait pour visiter l ensemble de l île Qq bémols : .mobilier extérieur usé /Manque qq qq produits de base comme huile sel et poivre / piscine non chauffée et froide en novembre

Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Leider war es nur oberflächlich geputzt. Die Klamotten meines krabbelndes Babys waren nach 10min so dreckig wie noch in keiner Unterkunft. Selbst das Geschirr im Schrank war teilweise nicht abgewaschen. Auf der Terrasse lagen noch Zigaretten/Zigarettenpackung. Die eine Liege war derart defekt, dass sie eine potenzielle Gefahrenquelle darstellte. In der gesamten Unterkunft konnte man übermalte Schimmelrückstände sehen. Der Pool ist super. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schwierig. Laut Anzeige kann ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Als ich per Nachricht darum bat, bekam ich die Antwort, dass ein Babybett 3€ pro Tag kostet. Auf meine Nachricht, dass dies nirgendwo steht und ich daher auch nicht bezahlen möchte, bekam ich nie eine Antwort, musste aber auch keine Gebühr fürs Babybett bezahlen. Auf eine weitere Frage wurde gar nicht reagiert. Schade, weil Wohnung und Anlage an sich schön sind.

Nice apartment and pool, complex maybe getting a wee bit run down as reception area and pool side building is not in use. There's also a small pool bar which was also closed when we visited in April. Pool area is clean and wasn't busy. Some shops and restaurants are a short walk away, main part is about 20 min walk away. Complex is secure and can only be accessed by key which made up for lack of a safety deposit box. Apartment could be doing with a proper clean as tops of the skirting boards were filthy. TV is rubbish and very complicated to work. Walls are pretty thin as we were disturbed by neighbours yappy dog next door through the night. We also had a chirping cricket which came out at night but could never find it. Would definitely return here, apart from the above minor issues we had a great time.

We had a wonderful week staying at Costa Teguise. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a lovely, large outdoor seating area which was perfect. The apartment was about a half hour walk from the centre of Costa Tequise but we liked this as we enjoyed walking down the promenade. The emails made it a little tricky to find the exact location so I would recommend asking for the full address beforehand. I would recommend this apartment to others.
