Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on site to the technician.

· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 [hidden] and 8:00 [hidden]

· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.

· Pets Allowed at 10 kg: it has an extra cost of 6€/day/pet, for bookings of more than 7 days the maximum cost will be 42€/booking/pet.
