The villa has 6 bedrooms and a contemporary open plan living and kitchen area with french doors leading to an outdoor dining area. Low angled wooden ceilings create a feeling of comfort and cosyness.

With contrasting materials across warm wood and cooling marble. Marble features heavily throughout the property, from the breakfast bar and chef’s kitchen style worktop, to the flooring in the reception hallway. The kitchen is achingly beautiful, every detail has been considered. Dark wood doors, clean marble worktops and clean golden shelving units. The grand landscape windows invite some outdoor greenery indoors.

This villa also boasts a painting studio. Outside, a charming staircase leads down to a stone paved sun kissed area surrounding an aquamarine tiled swimming pool.

Plots of grass are generously spaced around the exterior of the villa , bordered by flower beds filled with delightful endemic colourful flora and fauna. Next to the pool area we find a cubby relaxation area with outdoor open fireplace, built in surround bench seating shaded from the Portuguese sun by a wooden slatted roof. The outdoor kitchen creates an outdoor setting for summer evenings gathering around the fire cooking with the family.

With views onto the surrounding Sintra hills, an idyllic sunset spot.

This unique villa has it’s own private organic garden, with veggies and fruit delivered to the guests. Situated in Sintra mountains close to Yayem co-work house, 20 minutes drive from Lisbon and another 20 minutes drive to Guincho beach where you can enjoy the Atlantic ocean and an array of delicious seafood restaurants.
