Spread over 3 levels, the house offers on the ground floor a living space of [hidden]m2 with a usable area of 80m2, comprising a living room with a fireplace and a toilet, a dining room, and an American kitchen, flooded with natural light and entirely connected to the outside through folding glass doors that open onto a large [hidden]m2 terrace overlooking the garden, with dining area, lounge area, and a uniquely shaped pool. This 11m long pool operates without chlorine and has a counter-current swimming andhydromassage system. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end, state-of-the-art appliances, an electronic wine cellar, ample storage, and anoutdoor barbecue. On the raised ground floor, there is an independent sleeping area with 3 bedrooms of [hidden]m2, accommodating 6 people, and two shower rooms. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The very bright 30m2 master suite with exposed beams, balcony, dressing room, and bathroom with a bathtub is located on the first floor. The views from the suite and bathroom are stunning and relaxing. The second floor serves a 40m2 apartment with exposed beams, accessible from the main house but completely independent, with a bedroom, living area, American kitchen, and shower room. It is complemented by two terraces, one of 15m2 with a table and chairs, and another south-facing 11m2 terrace with sea views. Outside the house, children can enjoy a ping-pong table and anelastic bed, while adults can relax in a southwest-facing outdoor lounge to enjoy the long summer afternoons.
