Some travel service providers have recently stopped accepting physical ANCV Holiday Vouchers. However, Hispanoa allows you to book your holiday rental in Spain directly online while continuing to offer several payment methods tailored to your needs. Among these options, you can use Classic ANCV Holiday Vouchers as well as Connect Holiday Vouchers.

Important Detail

It is important to note that ANCV holiday vouchers are valid for 2 years after their year of issue. For example, vouchers issued in 2024 will be usable until December 31, 2026. This extended validity period allows you to plan your vacation with peace of mind, without pressure to use your vouchers quickly.

 

How to book on Hispanoa.com with Classic ANCV Holiday Vouchers
 

Step 1 

Choose your accommodation on the website and proceed with the booking.

All our properties are eligible for payment with ANCV Holiday Vouchers.

Step 2  

Select "Holiday Vouchers" as your payment method.

Until the deposit has been paid, your booking is not confirmed and remains available to other travelers.

Step 3 

A quote has been sent to you via email to pay the deposit via credit card.

We recommend paying the deposit by credit card promptly to confirm your booking and secure a possible refund in case of cancellation, according to applicable fees.

The booking refund will be processed upon receipt of your holiday vouchers.

Step 4  

Write your booking reference number directly on the holiday vouchers.

This will help our team process your booking quickly. 

Step 5  

Send your holiday vouchers by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

Ensure that the holiday vouchers are sent at least 5 weeks before your arrival date.

Step 6 

Once your holiday vouchers are received, they will be processed by Hispanoa (by Poplidays).

If the deposit was paid by credit card, the refund will be issued within 14 days.

No refunds will be possible if the holiday vouchers are received after the start of your stay.

Useful Information

For a balance payment without a deposit using holiday vouchers, proceed directly to Step 4. Attention: your booking will not be confirmed and will remain available to other travelers until we receive your Holiday Vouchers. We recommend paying the deposit by credit card to confirm your booking.

Using Chèques-Vacances Connect (ANCV) on Hispanoa.com
 

Step 1

When booking online on Hispanoa.com, select "Chèques-Vacances Connect" as the payment method when finalizing your stay.

Step 2

You will then be automatically redirected to the secure Payzen payment platform, a partner of Hispanoa.com, for electronic holiday check transactions.

Step 3

On the Payzen interface, you must enter the numbers of your Chèques-Vacances Connect. Make sure you have your smartphone nearby with the ANCV app installed.

Step 4

Once the numbers are entered, you will receive a notification on your ANCV app asking you to validate the payment.

Step 5

Confirm the transaction in the app. The amount will be immediately deducted from your Chèques-Vacances Connect balance.

Step 6

You will then be redirected to the Hispanoa.com website where you will receive confirmation of your booking.

To pay for your stay with paper holiday checks, we recommend sending them at least 5 weeks before the start of your rental. This allows us time to receive and validate your payment. Please send them via registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

If you experience difficulties paying with your Chèques-Vacances Connect, follow these steps:

  • Ensure you have the latest version of the Chèque-Vacances mobile app
  • Check that you have enough credit on your account
  • Restart the application and try again
  • If the issue persists, contact Hispanoa.com customer service at 04 77 50 39 48 from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and on public holidays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
