How do I book ?
You can book on Hispanoa ONLINE or BY PHONE
ONLINE:
1- Using the search engine on the homepage, select your criteria:
-Country or region
- Optional: the city of your choice
-Optional: the type of rental desired
-Choose your departure date
- Specify the duration of your stay
2-To confirm, click "Launch search."
All available rentals for your selected dates and meeting your selection criteria will appear on the screen.
3 -To view the details of each accommodation, click on the orange title or "Learn more >>."
4 -In the tab "Rates and availability" you will get the quote of your rental request and to book simply click on the button «BOOK» or "Next step"
5 -Complete the appropriate form:
-If this is your first entry, the one titled “You are not yet registered”
Fill in all the songs correctly so that we can contact you easily.
As well as your email address so that you can receive your confirmation and all your documents by email.
Your password must contain a minimum of six (6) characters.
Your phone number must be entered as: 0477503948.(it must not contain spaces, hyphens (-), slashes (/).
For foreign countries preceded by 00 and your area code ex:
- If you are already registered or already a customer, the one entitled "You are already registered" By entering only your username or email and password.

6 -If you do not wish to purchase cancellation insurance, uncheck it. Although optional, we advise it covers you in case of cancellation. (You can consult the conditions of application of this insurance by clicking on the link > see the conditions of the cancellation guarantee).

7-Validate your choices, click on the “Proceed to the next step” button
After checking the summary and checking the TAC box (You can consult our general conditions).
8- Validate your reservation by clicking on the button «Validate your account.To confirm your booking request in a final way you must choose the method of payment of your deposit.»
9 -Choose the method of payment:
-By credit card (secured system in partnership with Crédit Agricole)
- By cheque made payable to HISPANOA
- ANCV holiday vouchers *
-Transfer *
10 they must be received within 4 working days or your booking will be cancelled.Then click on «validate» the accommodation will be blocked in your name and will disappear from the schedule for the dates you selected.
* In the case of a payment other than by credit card:
-we advise you to call us beforehand at 04.77.50.39.48 so that we will immediately block the reference of your choice, pending your payment.
- they must be received within 4 working days or your booking will be cancelled.
Priority is given to booking requests that have been paid by credit card, or by another method of payment, but confirm with our services by phone. For others they will only be processed upon receipt of the deposit with the risk that the reference is no longer available.
Regardless of the method of payment retained, no collection is made without us having received written confirmation of the availability of your accommodation from our receptive agencies.
Note: All properties, available for selected dates are considered FREE, however given the sometimes very rapid evolution of schedules, in case of unavailability HISPANOA undertakes to inform the customer within 24 hours and to offer him a selection of other goods of identical categories and offering similar services. If in this selection the customer does not find a suitable rental HISPANOA undertakes to refund the full deposit paid.
11-If you prefer to give us your credit card number by phone, call 04-77-50-39-48, an advisor will handle your request in complete confidentiality (we do not keep any trace of the numbers that are communicated to us). You will receive confirmation of your booking request by email immediately.
BY TELEPHONE: Call 04-77-50-39-48 from 10:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday one of our advisors will make your reservation at your place or guide you and advise you according to your expectations.
YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive by mail check that it complies with your request: Date, references, place etc. If you notice an error do not hesitate to report it to us at 04-77-50-39-48
YOUR VOUCHER:
-Upon receipt of your last payment or the balance of your rental, at least one week before your stay, you will always receive by email your VOUCHER with the address of the incoming agency, opening hours, your final statement, an access plan etc,this VOUCHER is to be presented on the day of your arrival at our incoming agency, which will then give you the keys of your accommodation.
THE OPTION
If you find on HISPANOA.com a rental that meets your criteria, but you want to talk about it with the people who leave with you, we can offer you to ask an OPTION on a period of 2 to 3 days, without any financial commitment on your part. Otherwise the moral commitment to contact us any is your choice, so that we can release this reference for other customers.
